The hotel is centrally located with lovely park views but is in need of renovations. The rooms, though equipped with basic amenities, show signs of wear and tear. The staff, while helpful, lack warmth and professionalism. The dining experience is a mix of good and bad, with a buffet style that falls short in quality. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location but lacks in several key areas.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, with some highlights and a few drawbacks. The rooms lacked amenities like an electric kettle for coffee or tea, which would have been more convenient for us, but they did offer great breakfast, airport shuttle, excellent Wi-Fi, a water kettle, and a safe. However, it was disappointing that the rooms lacked a safe.
The hotel has a prime location in the downtown area with a beautiful view overlooking large gardens, but it needs maintenance and is somewhat dated. The service is hit or miss, with some staff being extremely helpful while others are not friendly. The dining options are subpar, with limited choices and a less appealing experience. The rooms, although spacious, are poorly equipped, with old beds and barely functional showers.
The hotel's location directly in the midst of downtown offers a convenient hub for exploring the city, but the rooms, particularly the one in the main building, can feel dingy at night. The service, while responsive from all staff members, could use improvement in communication. The dining experience, primarily in buffet style, may be unsatisfactory, but the facilities like dry cleaning and free airport shuttle add value to the stay.
